A first generation entrepreneur, has worked in technology based financial research space for the last 15 Years. An active member of the EO-the only global network exclusively for entrepreneurs, IMA: Indore-The most promising management association from India. His entrepreneurial journey started-off the day he thought of taking-up an odd-job of selling SIM- Cards. The objective was to get some funds, to be able to invest in stock market. His love for chess and exploring a city on the foot ,keeps the business growing but grounded.

Chartered Accountant (CA) by qualification,Payal has completed all levels of the CA course in first attempt. She has worked in a Big 4 Accounting Firm in the domain of Corporate & International Tax. As a custodian of the organization’s business code of conduct, she ensures discipline and quality in operations. No error can escape from her keen eye for detail. She believes that 'in life one will be more respected and trusted by people, if one own up to their mistakes'.

She Leads One Of The Most Complex And Critical Functions, Compliance And Public Policy. A Go-To Person For All Our Compliance, Legal And Documentation Needs. She has a diverse work experience with a knowledge base in various forms of dispute resolution (civil-commercial litigation and arbitration) and specializes in providing dispute resolution, contract management and civil-commercial advisory.
