Star Health IPO is the third largest IPO in India this year. According to sources, the firm has set aside Rs 100 crore in stock for its staff. The net revenues from the Star Health IPO will be used to increase the company's capital base and save the company from going bankrupt.
Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Ltd is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and was established in 2006. With a market share of 15.8% in Fiscal 2021, it is one of India's largest private health insurers.
